Mount Tikimanjaro is a high-impact, simulation-based learning experience built on the Quest to Excellence Framework. Participants take on the roles of Adventure Tribe members, navigating a challenging mountain expedition in pursuit of the legendary Gold Tiki. Adventure Tribes are formed and briefed on their expedition into Mount Tikimanjaro, requiring each team to plan their ascent with precision by assigning roles, allocating limited resources, and identifying risks. As the simulation progresses, teams face unexpected challenges and shifting conditions that test their communication, proving that the best teams are those who adapted together. Ultimately, each stage is followed by a structured debrief led by a skilled facilitator, ensuring participants walk away with reflection, insight, and learning transfer, as well as practical tools and perspectives they can apply immediately.
